PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ THE

1.All artists need to arrive at 8 p.m. Registration
for artists is 8 p.m. If you arrive after 8 p.m you

will be charged a $15 late fee

2. HAVE YOUR MUSIC READY TO GO!

Songs must be on a flash drive in MP3 format
NO EXEPTIONS, in its own
folder marked “#LISTENLOCAL

SHOWCASE” Any inconvenience will be an

additional $10

3. Each Artist gets 7-10 min set. ( NOTHING
OVER 10 MINUTES )Anything over 10
minutes will be cut off by the DJ

4. You are signed in to perform in the order you
arrive. Your ($75) slot fee must be made before
your slot is reserved. Once payment is made
send a screen shot of payment confirmation to

5. Slot fee must be paid by Sunday November

6. ADMISSION - $75 FOR ARTIST $15 @
DOOR FOR GUEST. Any feature artist must
pay door fee or present a ticket @ door
7. Submission fee is to be paid through
CashApp to ($Kingcoop430) any late fees etc.

8. Video of performances can be filmed by out
Videographer for additional $200 must be paid

9. THERE IS TO BE NO WEAPONS,
NO DRUGS, NO VIOLENCE.
NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
OF ANY KIND ALLOWED. THERE IS

ZERO TOLERANCE, SECURITY

WILL BE ENFORCED!
