PLEASE INCLUDE THE ARTIST'S NAME ON THE CHECK AND IN CASHAPP. Once the Cashapp is sent please email [email protected] or text a screenshot of the payment to 812.589.2892.

Performance Options per location:

$50   - Perform 7 mins or less (NO CONTEST ENTRY) 
         - 5 tickets to sell/distribute
         - 1 song added to LIVE100 WURM rotation
         - Up to 4 artists per group registration. If there are any other artists performing on the song they must pay $10 admission. If you pay in advance for extra artists, it’s $5 per artist and their name will be added to the list for admission!


$75   - Perform 7 mins or less in the contest 
         - 10 tickets to sell/distribute
         - 1 song added to LIVE100 WURM rotation
         - Up to 4 artists per group registration. If there are any other artists performing on the song they must pay $10 admission. If you pay in advance for extra artists, it’s $5 per artist and their name will be added to the list for admission!


$150 - Includes VIP table for 4 with choice of Bottle (white or dark) and table service.
         - Perform 7 mins or less in the contest
         - 2 songs added to LIVE100 WURM radio
         - Up to 4 artists per group registration. If there are any other artists performing on the song they must pay $10 admission. If you pay in advance for extra artists, it’s $5 per artist and their name will be added to the list for admission!
